Tracey Kelly is the Envisioning Lead with the Business Applications Global Black Belt Team at Microsoft. She delivers empowering design thinking workshops through the strategic deals' team. She leads design workshops to uncover customer challenges and needs that align to their business outcomes in virtual and in-person workshops. She also leads the Design Thinking Community at Microsoft with over 1200 members.

 

Prior to Catalyst within Microsoft, Tracey ran the Denver, Los Angeles, and Irvine Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC).  And she created and implemented the envisioning workshop offering that is now offered at all MTCs globally. She trains MTCs, sales, operations, product teams and other groups from North America, Europe, China, Japan, and the Middle East in design thinking.

 

She is the author of “Design Thinking for software and AI” on Amazon. And she is writing her second book “Designing your career.”  She passionate about learning, growth, and building up people for career and life success.  Tracey lives in Dallas, TX with her husband Dan and French Bulldog Maggie.
